How long does custom jewellery take?
It depends on the design. Simple pieces take a few days, and bridal pieces take longer. We give you a delivery date when you order.
Can you copy a design from a photo?
Yes. Show us a photo or a sketch and we'll make it in your choice of gold, diamond or silver.
Is an advance needed?
Yes, a part advance is taken when you order, with the balance at delivery. Everything is written on the order slip.
Can I use my old gold for a custom piece?
Yes. Your old gold is tested and its value adjusted against the new piece.
